Part I Maintaining High Greenage And Cutting Trees Material Scope Of The Order: Includes The Provision Of Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Performed In A Professional Manner In Accordance With The Principles Of Horticultural Art, Settled On An As-Built Basis (In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1. Felling Of Trees With Stumps Left: The Order Will Include The Following Groups Of Trees: - Trees And Shrubs For Which The Ordering Party Has Obtained A Permit For Their Removal, Issued By The Competent Authority; - Removal Of Trees And Shrubs Constituting An Exception To The Obligation To Obtain A Permit For Their Removal In Accordance With Art. 83F Section 1 Point 1 And 3 Of The Nature Protection Act Of April 16, 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13). The Service Includes Securing The Area Within The Area Of The Cut Tree, Cutting Down The Tree, Measuring And Transporting The Harvested Wood To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The City Of Augustów), Clearing Away Branches And Other Waste Along With Its Own Removal And Management, Thorough Raking And Tidying Up Of The Area After The Work Is Completed. 2. Tree Care: The Service Includes The Removal Of Diseased, Dead, Broken Branches, Those Colliding With Buildings And Technical Devices, Correction And Improvement Of Tree Statics, And Removal Of Mistletoe. Cuts Should Take Into Account The Characteristics Of Individual Plant Species, Including The Way Wounds Heal, The Way Branching Grows And Thickens, And The Structure Of The Crown. When Carrying Out Work, Make Sure That The Wounds Left On The Trees Are As Small As Possible. Cutting All Branches And Branches Should Be Done On The So-Called Wedding Ring. If Technical Cutting Is Ordered, It Must Be Performed Comprehensively, I.E. Care Of The Tree Crown, Removal Of Suckers And Offshoots From The Trunk.
