The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented Based On The Assumptions Specified In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 2 And The Product And Price Specification Constituting Annex No. 3 And On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Including The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz3. The Order In Question Is Being Implemented Under Agreement No. Kpod.07.05.-Ip.10-0019/24/2025/96 Project No. 11.
