1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Company Vehicles Owned By Gminna Spółka Komunalna Bierkom Sp. Z O. O., In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Concept Of Repair Means Activities Related To The Removal Of A Defect Resulting From Current Use Or As A Result Of A Failure, Restoring Full Technical And Operational Efficiency Of The Car. 3. Repairs Exclude Activities And Services Related To: 1) Post-Accident Bodywork And Painting Works, 2) Communication Installation And Equipment: Gps, Cameras And Antennas For The Coding System Containers,3)Replacement Of Tires,4)Vehicle Cosmetics,5)Repair, Replacement Of Gearbox,6)Repair, Replacement Of Engine,7)Electrical Repairs In The Body And Chassis.4.The Place Of Performance Of The Service Must Be A Service Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 40 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.5.The Distance Will Be Verified Based On The Internet Search Engine Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps - In The Route Calculation Tab - Driving Distance From The Headquarters Of Gsk Bierkom Sp. Z O. O., For Which The Services Will Be Performed, To The Repair Facility Indicated By The Contractor. 6. In The Case Of Repairs To A Car Covered By A Warranty, Only Repairs Are Permissible That Are Not Subject To The Warranty Or Will Not Result In Its Loss. This Provision Does Not Apply To A Contractor Authorized By The Manufacturer Of The Repaired Vehicle. 7. Vehicle Repairs Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Provided By The Manufacturer Of A Given Vehicle Brand. 8. If The Scope Of Repair Activities Includes A Test Drive Of The Vehicle, Such A Test Drive Will Take Place Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party. 9. The Number Of Vehicles Subject To Services Will Depend On The Number Of Failures Occurring. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Collect Old Parts And Components Replaced During The Service On Time. 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle. After The Above Period, The Contractor Will Dispose Of Them On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. 11. The Ordering Party Requires Specialized Repairs And Inspections To Be Carried Out At The Contractors Premises, And Only Allows Simple Repairs To Be Performed At The Ordering Partys Premises. 12. If The Vehicles Cannot Be Transported To The Repair Workshop, The Contractor Is Obliged To (Without Adding Additional Costs): 1) Ensure Repairs By A Mobile Service. 2) Ensure Transport Of The Car To The Repair Workshop Within 1 Day Work.13.The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Covering The Costs Of Renting A Tow Truck, But There Must Be Reasons For This And The Impossibility Of Repairing The Car On Site.14.The Service Provider Undertakes To Accept The Ordering Partys Fleet Out Of Turn, I.E. Undertakes To Repair Them First.15.The Ordering Party Requires That Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business With A Value Of At Least Pln
