Provision Of A Digital Mobile Phone Connection According To The Gsm/Umts Standard, Together With A Certain Package Of Additional Voice And Other Services, Enabling The Implementation Of Mobile Communications In The Network Of The Selected Contractor, As Well As Connections To Other Mobile And Fixed Networks In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For A Certain Number Of Subscribers Organized In One Corporate Group. Provision Of Telecommunication Services By A Licensed Operator Through A Fixed Telephone Network, I.E. Provision Of Telecommunications Services By Using A Certain Number Of Stationary Telephone Posts /Post/ Described In List No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Of The Order With The Possibility Of Making Local, Inter-Urban, International Calls, Conducting Calls In The Operators Network, Calls With Users From Other Mobile Networks And With Users From Fixed Networks.
