Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Technical Documentation Development Services Feasibility Study (Sf) For The Investment Objective Orbital Bucharest Drumul Radial 3 (Dr 3- Giulesti Express). Elaboration Of Technical Documentation Feasibility Study (Sf) For The Objective Orbital Bucharest Radial Road 3 (Dr 3- Giulesti Express). As Part Of The Contract, The Following Services Will Be Provided And At Least The Following Documents Will Be Prepared: ■ Development Of The Feasibility Study (Including Technical Expertise Of The Existing Constructions, As The Case May Be), In Compliance With The Legislation In Force (Norms, Regulations, Standards, Laws, Etc.); ■ Technical Assistance Granted To The Beneficiary In Order To Promote The Government Decision On The Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators. All The Previously Mentioned Activities Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Their Provision, Starting With The Date Of Signing The Service Contract. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 19 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties, Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changes/ Legislative Amendments/ Regulations/ Stas/ Norms/ Orders/ Instructions/ Etc.; 3. Requests From The Authorities/Entities/Institutions That Issue Notices/Agreements/Authorizations/Permits Or From Other Entities That Have Powers Related To The Project (Mtic, Mfe, Central And/Or Local Institutions, Arr, Beneficiary, Mai, Sri, Certified Verifiers, Etc.); 4. Extending The Deadlines For Submitting Reports/Deliverables (Documents/Documentation); 5. Replacement Of Personnel Nominated By The Provider For The Performance Of The Contract; 6. Extending The Duration Of The Contract 7. Replacing/Introducing Subcontractors; 9. The Application Of The Law On Historical Monuments, The Realization Of The Road Safety Audit, The Development Of The Puz; 10. Requirements Regarding Archaeological Research And Work. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only If They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) From Law No. 98/2016. Extending The Contract Duration Can Be Done In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 19 Of The Service Contract. More Information Can Be Found In The Contract.
