On The One Hand, The Contract Will Help Ensure The Good Coordination, Quality And Monitoring Of The Initiatives Planned As Part Of The Program (Subsidies And Activities Of The Service Contract), And On The Other Hand It Will Provide Support On Request, Particularly Aimed At: Strengthening The Coordination Of Policies And Programs In Order To Improve The Positioning Of Cultural And Creative Industries As Actors Of Economic Growth, While Promoting Collaboration With Various Ministerial Departments And Affiliated Agencies. The Modernization Of Public Support Systems That Benefit The Sector, Whether This Involves Facilitating Exports, Access To Financing, Partnerships For Project Financing, Or The Provision Of Training And Skills. Strengthening The Legal And Fiscal Framework For The Sector, As Well As For Its Stakeholders Such As Artists And Entrepreneurs, And The Protection Of Copyright. Adaptation Of The Existing Regulatory Framework, Such As The Revision Of Decrees And Decisions, As Well As The Decision-Making Processes And Tools Of The Institutions Concerned.
