The Purpose Of This Consultation, Launched By The City Of Orléans By Concession Contract, Is To Entrust The Future Concessionaire With The Development And Operation Of The Halles Châtelet Dorléans As Well As The Operation Of The Transitions Halls During The Work Period, And Thus Transfer A Risk Linked To The Operation Of The Delegated Service.
