Concrete Carcassing Work – Rehabilitation And Redevelopment Of The Municipal House. Structural Works The Town Hall Of Remich [753/6698 - 8, Rue Foascht L-5534 Remich], Classified As A Historic Monument At National Level, Is Undergoing Renovation, Compliance/Security And Overall Modernization As Well As An Expansion. The Objective Is To Create A Sustainable Administrative Site, With A Clear Organization, Accessible To All And An Improved Service For Its Citizens. ~15 M³ Of Demolition Work ~200 M³ Of Excavation With Retaining ~200 M³ Of Concrete ~12 T Of Steel ~160 M² Of Insulation ~320 M² Of Waterproofing ~150 M² Of Masonry + Various Holes And Openings In The Facade And Inside The Building. ~150 Linear M Of Underground Pipes/Connections, + Earthing Work. The Start Of Execution (On-Site Work) Is Planned For Mid-April 2026. The End Of The Final Stages Of Work Concerning This Call For Tenders Is Planned For The End Of September 2026.
