Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Processing Of Textiles In The Municipalities Of Bladel, Oirschot And Reusel-De Mierden. Bizob Pays For The Municipalities Of Bladel, Oirschot And Reusel-De Mierden. The Agreement Consists Of The Municipalities: Collecting Textiles; Sorting, Marketing And/Or Processing The Collected Textiles; Periodic Reporting On The Work Carried Out; (Optional Supply Of Collection Containers). Separate Agreements Could Be Concluded For The Collection And Processing Of The Textiles. This May Result In An Agreement Being Entered Into With Different Contractors. The Assignment Could Also Be Divided Geographically. However, The Municipalities Want To Contract One Contractor So That Collection Takes Place Efficiently And Uniformly, And They Have One Point Of Contact For Reporting, Collection And Processing Of The Textiles. This Means That Municipal Waste Policy Can Be Conducted Effectively And Simply. The Order Has Now Been Merged. If The Assignment Is Split By, For Example, A Plot Division, More Coordination Is Necessary. This Entails Additional Activities And Therefore More (Internal) Costs. If Coordination Is Not Optimal, This Can Lead To Fewer And Poorer Textiles, Delays And Therefore Additional Inconvenience For Stakeholders (E.G. Residents, Municipal Yard Employees). The Municipalities Will Therefore Be Responsible For Planning And Coordinating Implementation. Because All This Is Not In The Interests Of The Municipalities And Their Circular Goals, No Plot Division Is Applied And The Work Is Carried Out By One Contractor. The Agreement Per Municipality Is Entered Into For A Period Of A Minimum Of 4 Years And A Maximum Of 8 Years. The Intended Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is April 2026.
