The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project With The Name Project Of Electronic Collection Of Laws And International Treaties And Electronic Creation Of Legal Regulations (E-Collection And E-Legislation Project), Within The Framework Of Which It Strives For An Accessible And Comprehensible Publication Of Valid And Effective Law In The Territory Of The Czech Republic Without Any Barriers In Electronic Form And For A Better, More Efficient And Transparent Preparation, Creation And Discussion Of Legal Regulations (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project). The Content Of The Project Is The Introduction Of Tools For The Electronic Promulgation Of Legal Regulations And The Creation Of A Verified And Freely Available Database Of Past And Current Versions Of Legal Regulations, Including Links To European Union Law (The E-Collection System), Tools For The Electronic Creation And Discussion Of Legal Regulations In Full (The E-Legislativa System) And New Procedures For Legislative And Publication Work Based On The Use Of These Advanced Tools With The Projection Of Necessary Related Changes Into The Legal Order.
