Special Medical Building Construction Work – New Construction Of A Medical Care Center In The Municipality Of Erfde – Sanitary Work. The Municipality Of Erfde Has Decided To Build A Health Center In Order To Secure Medical Care In Erfde For The Future. By Being Included In An Urban Development Funding Program, The Municipality Is Able To Receive Funding For The Project. In Addition To The Medical Care Center (Mvz), The Health Center Houses A Pharmacy, A Day Care Facility, The Police Station And The Community Office. The New Health Center Will Be Built On The Property At Rektor-Jeß-Weg 1, Directly On The B 202, And Will Combine The Above-Mentioned Facilities Under One Roof. Building Organization: The Buildings Are Arranged In Such A Way That The Public-Dependent Uses, Such As The Community Office, Pharmacy And The Medical Supply Store (Optional), Are Accessed From The Central Transept. The Day Care Will Have Independent Access And Will Be Housed In House 1. Users Have The Opportunity To Look To The West And The Inner Courtyard To The East.
