After Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will, On Its Own, Apply To The National Atomic Energy Agency (Hereinafter Referred To As Paa) To Obtain Consent To Use The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Included 30 Days In The Entire Order Execution Process To Obtain The Above-Mentioned. Consent. After Obtaining Consent, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Inform The Contractor About This Fact Within One Business Day From The Moment Of Obtaining Information About Receiving Consent From Paa. Based On The Consent/Decision Received, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Remaining Scope Of The Order.
