Construction-Site Supervision Services – Construction Site Security And Access Control For The Construction Of One Of The Mono Sewage Sludge Incineration Plants. Against The Background Of Resource Protection And The Abfklärv, Municipal Sewage Sludge Will In Future Be Used In Thermal Treatment Plants. The Aim Is To Recover The Phosphorus Contained In The Sewage Sludge Ash And Return It To The Nutrient And Economic Cycle. Against This Background, Several Municipalities Have Come Together To Form “Kommunale Nutrient Recovery Lower Saxony Gmbh”, Hereinafter Referred To As Knrn, In Order To Meet These Legal Requirements. At The Time The Approval Application Was Submitted, The Company Had 22 Shareholders And Was Planning To Build A Mono-Sewage Sludge Incineration Plant (Mkva) At The Hildesheimer Hafen Location. This Is Intended To Thermally Utilize The Sewage Sludge To Enable Subsequent Recovery Of Phosphorus From The Ash. The Knrn Has Commissioned The Supplier For The Mechanical And Process Engineering As Well As The Construction Company Carrying Out The Work. The First Work On The Construction Site, Particularly Earthworks, Has Already Been Carried Out. In Coordination With The Construction Company Carrying Out The Work, It Was Determined That Additional Measures For Construction Site Security And Access Control Would Be Required Once The Specialist Foundation Engineering Work Began. Against This Background, The Client Uses The Following List Of Services To Request The Services He Believes Are Necessary To Ensure Construction Site Security And Access Control. • Start: March 16, 2026 • Duration: 20 Months • Working Days: Monday To Friday • Working Hours Per Day: 12 Hours A Day • Construction Site Permits: Approx. 200 Pieces The Barriers Must Comply With The Technical Rules For Workplaces (Asr A5.2) And The Guidelines For Securing Workplaces On Roads (Rsa).
