Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Appointing Designer Of The De Witte Mol Campus. Object Of These Services: Appointing Designer Of The De Witte Mol Campus. In 1999, De Witte Mol Started Using 4 Semi-Detached Houses (A Total Of 8 Living Groups With 8 Bedrooms Each) To Accommodate Around 70 Care Users, All With A High Need For Support. The Buildings Are Currently Insufficiently Adapted And Future-Proof To Live In For A Long Time. In 2004, A Studio Project Was Built For 10 People With A Nah (Non-Congenital Disability). In The Meantime, Their Need For Care Has Also Increased Considerably, Making This (Then Progressive) Form Of Housing No Longer Very Suitable. In Addition, The Location Of The Various Buildings In Relation To Each Other Is Not Ideal To Promote Good Cooperation Between The Different Living Groups. Given The Shortage Of Staff, It Is Useful To Link Homes To Each Other, Possibly Sharing Functions, So That Staff Can Respond Flexibly To The Different Living Groups. Ideally, The Buildings Would Be Grouped Per Team (A Few Matching Living Groups). A Few Years Ago, A Project Team Already Thought About This Thoroughly. Their Recommendations Must Now Be Put Into Practice. In Concrete Terms, A Structural Sketch Will Have To Be Drawn Up For The Entire Campus Of The De Witte Mol Service Center, With The Current Two-Family Houses Being Replaced In Phases By New Buildings That Meet The Current Vipa Standards And Taking Into Account The Guidelines Of The Nature And Forest Department (See Map With Principle In Appendix). We Currently Think That 3 Buildings (Or Groups Of Buildings) Need To Be Provided, Of Which Only Phase 1 (Glass Bead) Has Been Approved For Realization By The Administrative Body. The Realization Of The Other 2 Buildings (Phase 2 And 3) Is Uncertain And Must Therefore Be Able To Evolve Over Time Based On Advancing Insight And/Or Changes In The Healthcare Landscape. Given The Limited Possibility Of Additional Deforestation, Phase 1 Should Preferably Be Provided At The Location Of The Current Communities. To Make This Possible, A 2-Family House Has Been Renovated (Where Our Behavioral Groups Used To Live - They Have Already Moved To An Adapted Building). This Will Serve As A Temporary Home During The Various Construction Works. In Concrete Terms, The “Glass Pearl” Construction Team Has Been Started To Map Out All The Needs: 1/ Phase 1: Glass Pearl Team - For The Target Group Of Seriously, Deeply Mentally Ill People With Serious Medical Care And Aging Care Users. 18 Care Users Will Live Here. There Must Be Sufficient Space For Tools And Materials. There Will Also Be 2 Guest Rooms And Room For 4 Care Users In Daytime Activities. Vipa Is Being Applied For For This Project. In Terms Of M², We Are Thinking Of 45 M² For Living And Collective Care Support For 18 Care Users. The Guest Rooms Will Be Approximately 20 M² (Including Sanitary Facilities). At Least 15 M² Per User Must Be Provided For Day Care. In Addition, We Charge About 35% Of This Surface Area For Corridors, E.G
