Washing And Dry-Cleaning Services – Comprehensive Provision Of Laundry And Disinfection Services For The Needs Of Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia Sp. Z O. O. In Kartuzy. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services By The Contractor, In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For Disinfection And Washing Processes, Depending On The Product Range, Along With The Lease Of Hospital Linen And Surgical Clothing, And The Implementation Of An Electronic Rfid Uhf/Hf Non-Contact Laundry Identification System, Along With The Transport And Delivery Of Hospital Linen And The Repair Of Hospital Linen And Clothing, As Well As The Lease Of A Distributor Dispensing Clothing And Collecting Clothing In The Space Operating Block. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Quantity Of The Assortment Intended For Washing Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Use Washing And Disinfecting Agents Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
