The La Poste Group Wishes To Renew This Service And Is Looking For A Service Provider Capable Of Offering In Particular A Catalog Of Asynchronous Off-The-Shelf Content/Training, Scalability Over Time Of This Catalog And Access To All The Content Offered Through A Third-Party Platform In Saas Mode. The Quality Of The Training And Teaching Offered Is An Essential Aspect As Well As Compliance With Rgaa Provisions. The Contents Of The Training Catalog Must Cover At Least The Following Themes: - Management - Is/Digital/Data/Office - Hr - Csr - Softskills The Contents Must Be Available In French And Possibly In Other Languages. The Formats Must Be Varied And Fun: E-Learning, Videos, Quizzes, Podcasts, Interactive Modules In Particular. Content Must Be Updated Regularly And At No Additional Cost, So The Catalog Must Be Updated According To The Needs Of The Group Institute And/Or Changes In Practices. The Number Of La Poste Group Employees Is Around 200,000 People, Not All Of These Employees Will Use The Proposed Solution. However, The Flow Of People Connected At The Same Time Could Be Significant. The Chosen Solution Must Be Technically Integrated Into “Maformation”, The La Poste Group Lms Platform. Furthermore, In The Event Of A Change Of Portal (Lms), The Solution Will Have To Adapt To The New Lms. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At €3,000,000 Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Renewal Periods Included. The Number Of Beneficiaries Envisaged For This Lot Is 1. The Validity Period Of The Offer Is One Year.
