Administrative Healthcare Services – Services For Performing The Tasks Of Appointed Doctors, Doctors Who Are Members Of The Health Commission And Expert Doctors. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Administrative And Consulting Services Of Doctors For The Needs Of The Zzzs For The Period From The Conclusion Of The Contracts Until 31 December 2028, Namely The Services Of Performing The Tasks Of The Appointed Doctor From Article 81 Of The Act On Health Care And Health Insurance (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 72/06 With All Further Amendments, Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Zzvzz), Performing The Tasks Of A Doctor - A Member Of The Health Commission From Article 82 Zzvzz, Performing The Duties Of An Expert Doctor From Article 258 Of The Rules Of Compulsory Health Insurance (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 79/94 With All Further Amendments, Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Ozz Rules), Who Provides An Expert Opinion At The Request Of An Official Of The Zzzs, When He Decides On The Basis Of Articles 81, 82 Or 84 Of The Zzvzz Or In The Case Of Exceptional Approvals Based On The Rules On More Precise Conditions And A More Precise Procedure On Exceptional Approval Of A Drug, Food For Special Medical Purposes, Nutritional Supplement, Dermatological Product, Medical Device Or Health Service.
