Tenders are invited for Service Provider to do Repairs and Maintenance of Umshwathi Municipality Main Office Driveway. Proposals must be properly received and deposited in the Quotation box on or before the closing date and before the closing time. No late Quotation offers will be accepted under any circumstances. Quotation offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope properly marked in terms of the Quotation number and Quotation description as indicated above, at the Municipal Office situated at New Hanover, Main Road Opposite the Police Station. No Quotation offers will be accepted via facsimile or telegram. Specification is attached to the Quotation Document. Delivery Address: Main Offices, Opposite Police Station, New Hanover, 3230. The Supplier/ Service Provider/ Bidder will be required to provide all resources necessary as outlined on the above specification, to carry out the work to the satisfaction of the General Manager: Technical Service. All work must be carried out in a manner, which is fully in accordance with all applicable safety legislation. Payments under the contract will be made upon satisfactory delivery of a required items. CIDB Grade 1CE Only. Compulsory Site Briefing will be held at Umshwathi Municipality (Main Office) on the 22nd of January 2026, Thursday at 10H00. Quotation documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Ref. No.25/26/076 and deposited in the municipalitys quotation box located at New Hanover Municipalitys main office no later than 12h00 on Monday, 26 January 2026. Quotation shall be valid for 30 days. Incomplete, faxed, emailed and late proposal documents will not be considered. Quotation documents can be collected from 19 January 2026 at the Municipal offices in New Hanover and on the website www.umshwathi.gov.za.
