Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked Original and one hard copy marked Copy of the bids. The bids shall be valid for a period of 10 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Procurement Office not later than 26th/01/2026, at 11:00am local time.
