Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract: The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of A Fast And Secure Communication Platform For The Transfer Of Information Between The General Faculty Hospital In Prague (Hereinafter Referred To As Vfn) And Medical Emergency Service Organizations (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zzs) And Other Healthcare Organizations (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zz) (External Communication) And Between Individual Employees And Teams Within Vfn (Internal Communication): Item A • Time-Limited Usage Rights For An Unlimited Number Of Users (Multi-License) For The Sw Solution - Secure Communication Platform • Processing Of Pre-Implementation Analysis For Service Activation • Setting Up The Communication Matrix For The Internal Vfn Environment • Enabling Involvement In The Ecmo Team And Subsequent Communication With The Ems • Documentation Processing And Training Including E-Learning Of Users In The Scope Of 138 Hours • Providing Operational Support A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of The Draft Contract For The Provision Of Sw Solutions And Support Services, Which Is Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Conditions. Further Development Services On Request (Development Requirements, I.E. Programming Or Administrative Adjustments) Any On-Demand Services Provided By The Supplier Beyond The Scope Of The Above-Described Subject Of Performance Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Written Requirements Of The Client Electronically In The Form Of An Order To The Address Of The Specified Contact Person. For Services Provided On Request, The Supplier Is Entitled To Remuneration Per Hour Of Work In The Agreed Amount. The Expected Number Of Possible Services On Request Beyond The Scope Of The Subject Of Performance Is A Maximum Of 96 Md (1 Md = 8 Man-Hours) For A Period Of 4 Years. If The Term Possibility Or Must Enable Etc. Is Used In The Technical Specification, This Means The Property, Function Or Ability Of The Subject Of Performance, Not Only Its Readiness To Use This Possibility (I.E., The Contracting Authority Requires That It Be Able To Use These Options Without Further Financial Investments In Various Extensions, Upgrades, Etc., If These Are Not Explicitly Mentioned). The Services Will Be Procured Until June 30, 2028 As Part Of The Project Implementation Of The Pre-Hospital Extracorporeal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation System To Ensure The Availability Of Highly Specialized Care For Patients With Cardiac Arrest. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The Operational Program Employment Plus. The Services Will Be Fully Paid For From The Clients Own Resources After This Above-Mentioned Date.
