No. 760 2 Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table:- 400-1)(GSB) :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layerswith motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Table 401-1. 3 Wet Mix Macadam (G.B.)/W.M.M :- Providing and laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Complete as per MORTH specification clause 406 4 Earth work in embankment mechanically compected to achieve 95% preoctors denesity including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P charges including roller and its fuel charges .(DSR 2023 Item No 16.2) 5 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 Cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 M lift and 5000 M lead.The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank Analysed as per DSR 2.6 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 7 Providing and laying 40 mm thickbituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer, cleaned with mechanical broom. 9 Providing and laying 25 mm thick semi dense graded bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5.0percentof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects 10 Supply and laying of 80 mm thick I shaped interlocking tiles rubber moulded precast cement concerete having plan dimension [200x(160+120)] mm .The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 Mpa grade as per approved design & pattern with base of 50 mm thick local sand including supply all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 Drain Work :- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Including supply of all maerials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 74 Supply and laying of 60 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete paver blocks manufactured by high pressureand control vibration machine having plan dimension [200x(160+120)] mm .The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 35 Mpa Grade as per approved design & pattern with base of 50 mm thick local sand including supply all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 75 For RCC Benches :- Providing M-30 Graded RCC Banches 3 Seater of 1.50 M Long 45 CM leg back height as per approved drawing & design in fixing with C.C. in 1:2:4 cement, approved coarse sand & 20 mm stone grit and also i/c supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 76 Earth Filling in Park :- Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm.
