The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Gryfa Pomorskiego Street And Dąbrówki Street In Międzyzdroje.2 The Following Construction Works Will Be Performed As Part Of The Task:• Reconstruction Of The Existing Intersection Along With Reconstruction Of Exits And Sidewalks (In Accordance With The Design Documentation).• Construction And Reconstruction Of A Storm Sewage System (In Accordance With The Design Documentation).• Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network (In Accordance With The Design Documentation).• Reconstruction Sanitary Sewage Network (In Accordance With The Design Documentation).• Elimination Of Collisions With The Cable - Applies To The Mv 15 Kv And Lv 0.4 Kv Cable Lines (In Accordance With The Design Documentation).• Implementation Of Street Lighting On Ul. Gryf Pomorski Plot No. 109/1 Rev.0019 Międzyzdroje.3. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Notify The Network Operators: Telecommunications, Power Plant, Gas Plant, Telecommunications Companies About The Planned Start Date Of The Investment, Which Have Their Infrastructure Within The Road Right-Of-Way. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes The Construction And Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And The Offer Should Be Valued On This Basis. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Other Activities, Not Expressly Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which, For Technical, Technological Or Organizational Reasons, Are Or Will Become Necessary To Perform The Works Described In The Technical Documentation And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Including, Among Others, The Costs Of Felling Trees, Adjustment Of Existing Surfaces Along With Ground Devices Of Underground Utilities, Adapting To The Level Of The Designed Surface Of Exits And Pedestrian Routes On Properties Adjacent To The Road, Adjustment Of Elements Fences, Entrance Gates And Wickets, Repair Of Fence Plinths Resulting From Lowering Or Raising The Area Adjacent To Existing Fences, Framing The Sidewalk From The Side Of Properties Adjacent To The Road Along The Entire Length Of The Sidewalk Using Sidewalk Edges, Removing Possible Collisions Between The Newly Built Sanitary, Rain And Water Sewage Networks With The Existing Underground Infrastructure, Making A Switch, Connecting The Existing Infrastructure To The Newly Built Networks Within Both Right-Of-Way And Properties Adjacent To The Right-Of-Way (Connections To Sanitary Sewage Systems, Rainwater And Water Supply Systems), In The Event Of Removal Of Conflicts Or Liquidation Of Networks, Water And Sewage Connections, Both Inventoried And Uninvented, And Colliding With The Newly Constructed Infrastructure, The Remaining Infrastructure Elements Should Be Dismantled Or Secured, They Should Be Connected To Existing Connections On The Property, Accepta
