The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Replacement Of 15 Existing Central Heating Boilers With New Dual-Function Gas-Fired Condensing Wall-Mounted Boilers With A Capacity Of 24 Kw In Residential Premises Managed By Zbilk In Szczecin, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Polish And Industry Standards And By Employees With Appropriate Professional Qualifications. 2. The Replacement Of Boilers Applies To Occupied Residential Premises. The Addresses Of The Premises Will Always Be Indicated In The Partial Order. All Residential Premises Will Be Located In The City Of Szczecin.3. The Ordering Party Has Current Chimney Sweep Opinions, Which Will Be Forwarded To The Contractor Along With The Partial Order. 4. To Calculate The Offer Price, The Average Length Of The Flue Gas And Air Duct Should Be 12 M.5. The Contractors Tasks Will Include, Among Others: A) Dismantling Of Existing Dual-Function Wall-Mounted Gas Boilersb) Delivery And Installation Of Brand New Wall-Mounted Dual-Function Condensing Boilers With A Capacity Of 24 Kw.C) Dismantling Of Existing Chimney Linersd) Installation Of System Air-Combustion Ducts In The Chimneye) Connecting The Boiler To The Existing Central Heating, Gas, Cold And Hot Water Installation F) Tightness Test Central Heating, Gas, Cold And Hot Water Installations (Confirmed By Acceptance Protocols) G) Installation Of A Room Temperature Regulator Controlling The Operation Of The Boiler. H) First Start-Up Of The Boiler By A Warranty Service Company Or An Authorized Installation Company With An Entry In The Warranty Book. And Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Obligation To Carry Out Annual Inspections Of The Boiler At The Tenants Expense. K) During The Final Acceptance, The Contractor Will Present The Ordering Party With A Chimney Inspection Opinion Confirming The Correct Connection Of The Boiler To The Chimney And Documents Allowing For The Assessment Of The Built-In Materials (Certificates, Approvals, Technical Cards, Warranty Cards, Protocols Of Tightness Tests Of The Installation, Gas, Cold And Hot Water, Boiler Start-Up), L) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Installed Boilers, Photographic Inventory Of Dismantled And Installed New Boilers In Paper Version And On Cd In 2 Copies. M) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Waste Management Documents
