1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Parking Lot At Ul. Piłsudskiego Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Construction Of A Closed Retention Reservoir And Small Architectural Objects, On The Plot No. Gr. 166/5 Rev. 1 In Dębica1) Reconstruction Of Infrastructure And Pavement: A) Construction Of A New Bituminous Surface And Replacement Of The Surface Of Parking Spaces With Permeable Openwork Slabs (Min. 50% Of The Biologically Active Surface), Along With The Necessary Leveling Of The Area. B) Construction Of An Underground Retention Reservoir With A Volume Of At Least 391.3 M3 (Used For Watering And Retention). C) Replacement Of Area Lighting And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements (Waste Bins).D) Carrying Out All Necessary Work Related To Existing Networks, Including Obtaining Conditions, Developing Documentation And Physically Securing Or Relocating Conflicting Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure.2) Development Of Green Areas:A) Planting: Planting Tall Vegetation (Trees) And Low Vegetation (Cover Shrubs, Flower Beds) On A Total Green Area Of At Least 3,108.34 M2.B) Ecological Standards: Maintenance All Works, Including The Necessary Tree Felling, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Standard For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery In The Investment Process (Sodiz 001:2021). The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle.
