The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Small Architectural Structures In A Public Place, Including The Construction Of A Safe Polyurethane Surface And The Development Of An Area Of ​​Approximately 178.40 M². As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To Perform The Following Basic Construction Works: - Geodetic Marking Out In The Field, - Dismantling Part Of The Existing Asphalt Surface Along With The Sub-Base, - Trenching With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, - Installation Of Edges On Concrete Benches, - Execution Of A Drainage Layer With The Laying Of A Filtering And Separating Geotextile, - Execution Of Base Layers For A Safe Surface, - Delivery And Assembly Of Facilities Small Architecture, - Execution Of A Two-Layer (Epdm + Sbr), Jointless Synthetic Surface Based On Rubber Granules And Polyurethane Glue. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Each Preparation, Protection And Fencing Of The Construction Site/Dangerous Zones, Ensuring Safe Access To The Entrances To The Building, Execution Of Temporary And Accompanying Works, Protection Of Excavations Against Flooding By Atmospheric Precipitation, Loading, Removal And Disposal Of Waste, Including Materials From Demolition And Dismantling As Well As Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completed Works. The Content Of The Information To Be Placed On The Rotating Eco Memory And Regional Memories Signs Should Be Agreed Upon At The Stage Of Construction Works With The Management Of Primary School No. 17 In Świętochłowice. All Documents Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Mutually Explaining And Complementary Documents. All Construction Works, Works And Activities Included In The Documents In Question Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Documents Mentioned. If Any Part Of The Works, Works And Activities Results From Even One Of These Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It. In The Event Of Any Discrepancy Or Contradiction Between The Indicated Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement In Accordance With A Higher Standard Or In A Larger Number Resulting From These Documents, Unless The Ordering Party Instructs Otherwise. Note.1. The Ordering Party Recommends Submitting An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Facility And The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order In Order To Check The Conditions Of Execution Of This Order And Properly Estimate The Offer Price Of The Order.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active And Used Facility.
