The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System, The Water Supply Network Along With The Reconstruction Of The Wiązów Water Supply Station And The Replacement Of Water Meters In The Commune Outside The Agglomeration. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is: I. Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wiązów Along With The Demolition Of The Existing Technical Chamber. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On Plot 184/3, Wiązów District, On The Premises Of An Existing And Operating Water Treatment Plant. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Construction Of A Drip Tray With A Street Inlet; 2) Reconstruction Of The Technical Building Including The Hall Of The Water Treatment Station, Including Dismantling The Entire Technological System And Installation Of New Water Treatment Devices, As Well As Reconstruction Of Pipelines Between Facilities (External Installations), As Well As Power And Control Cables; 3) Renovation Of Clean Water Tanks - 2 Pieces; 4) Renovation Of The Settling Tank Washings - 1 Piece;5) Installation Of A Power Generator;6) Construction Of New Electrical Installations (Including: Installation Of The Main Switchboard, Installation Of The Sk Cabinet, Lighting, Plug Sockets, Control System, Grounding And Equalization Installation, Cctv Monitoring, Anti-Burglary Installation);7) Demolition Of The Gate Valve Chamber At The Clean Water Tanks Along With Retaining Walls;8) Reconstruction Of The Hardening Of The Area. Approx. 567 M2 From Gravel Surface To Concrete Block Surface;9) Leveling The Area Near The Clean Water Tanks And The Washings Settling Tank;10) Dismantling The Existing And Installing New Terrain Stairs On The Earth Embankments Near The Tanks And The Washings Settling Tank;11) Landscaping The Area With Greenery. The Contractors Obligations Include, Among Others: A) Keeping The Renovated Facilities In Operation During The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, I.E. Ensuring The Production And Supply Of Water To Consumers In The Appropriate Quantity And Quality, As Well As Ensuring And Maintaining Temporary Solutions Resulting From The Technology And Staging Carried Out As Part Of The Modernization Of Works; B) Launching Devices And Commissioning The Installations Constituting The Subject Of The Order; C) Conducting Operational Tests To The Necessary Extent; D) Conducting Training Of The Ordering Partys Technical Staff In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Health And Safety At The Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Order; E) Achieving The Effect And Technical And Technological Parameters Of Water; F) Ensuring A Guarantee Of Proper Performance Of The Works And Post-Warranty Service; G) Obtaining All Documents, Including An Occupancy Permit And Meeting All Requirements For Handing Over The Facility To Operation And Use; The Detailed Scope Of Work Is The Construction Design And Stwior.
