1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing Accommodation And Meals For Participants Of Courses Organized From February 2026 To June 2026: Task 1: Cost Of Accommodation With Breakfasts For Course/Training Participants. Task 2: Cost Of Meals For Course/Training Participants.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Hotel Facilities In Which Accommodation Is To Be Provided Are Entered In The Register Of Hotel Facilities Kept By The Voivodeship Marshal In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1944). 3. The Services Will Be Provided Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Each Order (Reservation). 4. Reservations Referred To In Section 3 Will Be Made In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs (Number Of Rooms Ordered And The Date Of Their Availability And Release), By Telephone Or E-Mail 7 Days In Advance (If The Contractor Does Not Offer To Shorten This Deadline Under The Offer Evaluation Criterion Time Necessary To Submit A Demand For Accommodation And Meals). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Implementation Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Contract Template).
