Jan 2026 NUsaned hereby invites qualified and interested cleaning service providers to submit a quotation for the provision of daily office cleaning services at our premises, in accordance with the details outlined below. 1. Introduction and Purpose The purpose of this Call for Quotation is to solicit competitive quotations from legally registered cleaning companies for the delivery of comprehensive office cleaning services at the NUsaned office located in Dora. The selected vendor will be engaged under a monthly service contract. 2. Company Information Company Name: Nusaned Office Location: NUsaned Office, Dora 3. Scope of Services The service provider shall be responsible for delivering daily office cleaning services during official working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Floor cleaning (vacuuming and mopping) Cleaning of offices and common areas Restroom cleaning and sanitization Kitchen/pantry cleaning Trash collection and removal Window cleaning Disinfection and general hygiene maintenance All services must be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with accepted cleaning and hygiene standards. 4.
