Jan 2026 Boosting Resilient Innovation for Development, Growth, and Empowerment is a multi-year initiative funded by the Citi Foundation and jointly implemented by ASMAE, as the lead applicant, and Farah Social Foundation (FSF), as the implementing partner. Running from November 2025 to October 2027, the project is implemented in Beirut and West Beqaa and aims to strengthen the economic resilience and employability of youth and vulnerable populations through innovation-driven entrepreneurship, skills development, and inclusive market access. Job Description: FSF is looking for a Market Validation Expert to conduct a 15 hours workshop for 75 startups within the BRIDGE program & 75 one-on-one clinics. This program is a youth empowerment project launched with ASMAE and funded by Citi Foundation. Market Validation Roles and responsibilities: Get an in-depth insight on their target customer segments and solutions provided. They will explore their target market, size, and competitors. Market Validation Workshop Learn to understand customer needs, invest in the right product, enable necessary changes, and provide customer validation to help the startups improve their main assumptions. Train the Startups in identifying, prioritizing, and engaging stakeholders throughout the prototype testing process. Guiding the Startups to discover the target market and get opinions and other feedback from consumers about their interest in the product or service. Training the Startups on utilizing the information obtained from conducting market research to tailor their marketing/ advertising activities or to determine what are the priorities of their users. Helping the startups in the process of determining the viability of their new service or product through research conducted directly with potential customers. Teach Startups the importance of stakeholders as a component of their product/service management and ultimately playing a significant role in their roadmap. Payment terms: Payment will be based on actual training hours delivered Payment schedule to be defined in the contract, subject to deliverables approval Tax Compliance Note: In case the selected trainer does not have an MOF registration, a tax deduction of 8.5% will be applied to the total contract value, in accordance with applicable regulations.
