Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in helping beneficiaries develop their soft skills, such as job interview techniques, body language, communication skills, and time management. Provide personalized guidance and feedback to individuals, addressing their specific needs and challenges related to work readiness and job search. Collaborate with the team to ensure training content aligns with beneficiaries requirements and the evolving demands of the job market. Assist beneficiaries in identifying and overcoming barriers to employment, fostering a growth mindset, and enhancing their confidence.
