The Contracting Authority Does Not Consider Weight To Be A Binding Parameter Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Exact Dimensions And The Required Quantity, Which Are Specified In The Technical Specification And Other Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions Forming An Integral Part Of The Tender Documentation, Are Binding. The Public Contract Is Divided Into The Following Five Parts, While The Contractor Can Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of This Public Contract Or For All Parts.
