Medical Equipments, Pharmaceuticals And Personal Care Products – Purchase And Delivery Of Ostomy Products. The Tender Relates To The Purchase And Delivery Of Ostomy Products To Citizens With A License According To §112 Of The Service Act With Direct Delivery To The Citizen. The Agreement Includes Products That Are Subject To The Rules For Free Choice In Accordance With § 112, Subsection 1 Of The Service Act. 3. The Citizens Who Use The Products Can Choose A Different Supplier Than The Supplier According To This Agreement, And The Supplier Is Therefore Not Guaranteed Turnover According To This Agreement. Non-Subsidized Products Can Be Freely Delivered By Agreement With The Citizen And At His Expense. The Tender Is Carried Out By Esbjerg Municipality On Behalf Of: Esbjerg, Fanø, Herning, Middelfart, Varde, Vejen And Vejle Municipality All Municipalities Are To Be Considered As Contracting Authorities, And They Will Each Enter Into An Independent Framework Agreement With The Winning Tenderer On The Basis Of The Tender.
