European Public Tender Raw Framework Agreement For Green Maintenance Betuwe West 2026-2030 The Reason For This Tender Procedure Concerns The Expiry Of The Current Agreement For Mowing Work In The Betuwe West Area. The Need For This Service Will Continue To Exist In The Future. Therefore, Wsrl Intends To Conclude A New Agreement Through This Tender Procedure. The Expiring Agreement Was In The Form Of A Traditional Raw Contract. The Rivierenland Water Board Has Internally Evaluated This Contract Form And Subsequently Decided To Tender New Contracts For Green Maintenance In The Form Of Raw Framework Agreements. Water Board Rivierenland Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer. Partial Assignments Will Be Issued During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, No Rights Can Be Derived From This. Carrying Out Green Maintenance Generally Consists Of: • Preparatory Work (Including Communicating With Plot Owners); • Mowing Waterways (Period 1); • Mowing Waterways (Period 2); • Mowing Waterways (Period 3); • Mowing Banks And Mowing And Cleaning Up Nature-Friendly Banks (Nvos); • Mowing And Cleaning Up Ponds And Water Features; • Mowing Maintenance Paths; • Mowing (Chimney) Dams; • Mowing Installations And Works Of Art Freely; • Making Staff And Equipment Available. Duration Of Agreement The Raw Framework Agreement Has A Term From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2030. The Contract Duration Is Therefore 4 Years And 9 Months.
