The Complete Description Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Is Indicated In The Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 To This Public Procurement Documentation. This Public Procurement Is Reserved For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People May Participate In The Public Procurement Under The Conditions Of Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And Art. 80, Para. 3 And Para. 4 Of Ppzop.
