The Purpose Of The Order Is To Select A Contractor With A Qualified Team To Provide External Expert Assistance To The Contracting Authority For The Organization And Management Of The Project By Performing Services Described In The Technical Specification (Appendix). The Main Objective Of The External Team Is To Support The Activities Of The Contracting Authority For The Provision Of Expert Technical Assistance For The Organization, Management And Reporting Of The Activities Envisaged Under The Haskovo Municipality Project. The Provision Of Expert Services By The Consultant Will Ensure The Process Of High-Quality And Timely Implementation And Reporting Of The Project Activities And The Project As A Whole, In Compliance With The Conditions Of The Adbfp, The Documents Under The Regional Development Program 2021-2027 And All Applicable Regulatory Documents. The Selected Contractor, Supported By The Internal Team, Will Be Responsible For The Overall Organization And Coordination Of The Work Process For Managing And Implementing The Project And Its Activities, Defining, Specifying And Distributing Specific Tasks Among The Experts.
