From April 2026, Vake Hva Will Use The Personec F System As A Salary System And Personec F Ess As An Hr System. The Flexible Working Time Management System To Be Procured Must Be Implemented In The Fall Of 2026. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Ensure That The Staff Of Welfare Areas Have A Working Time System That Complies With The Requirements, Is Modern, User-Friendly And Utilizes Automation, Which Reduces Manual Work, Supports Digital Transactions And Is Compatible With The Architecture Of The Administrative Systems Of Welfare Areas. As Part Of The Quality Comparison, The Procurement Unit Organizes A Quality Evaluation Of The Demos In Accordance With Appendix 14 Of The Request For Tenders Separately For Bidders Who Have Met The Suitability And Eligibility Conditions And Whose Offer Is In Accordance With The Request For Tenders. In The Comparison Of Offers, The Weighting Of Price Is 70% And Quality 30%.
