Maintenance Of Information Technology Software - Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance And Development Of The Train Management System (Tsms). The Adoption Of A New Regulation On The Use Of Railway Capacity In The Single European Railway Area Is At An Extremely Advanced Stage. Its Main Objective Is To Create A Framework To Enable More Efficient Management Of Rail Infrastructure Capacity And Traffic, Thus Improving The Quality Of Services And Increasing Traffic On The Rail Network. The Regulation Will Require Infrastructure Managers To Implement A New Process For Managing Rail Infrastructure Capacity Through A Planning And Allocation Process That Consists Of Three Stages - Strategic Capacity Planning, Scheduling And Allocation Of Infrastructure Capacity And Adaptation And Rescheduling Of Allocated Capacity. In Order To Ensure Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance After 27.10.2026 And The Implementation Of The New Requirements Of The Regulation On The Use Of Railway Infrastructure Capacity In The Single European Railway Space In The Ems, It Is Necessary To Perform Services That Are Combined In A Public Procurement With The Subject Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance And Development Of The Train Operation Management System (Ems). The Current Public Procurement Is Aimed At Developing The Functionalities Of The Ems And Ensuring System Maintenance. The Achievement Of The General Goal Will Be Realized Through The Following Specific Goals, Corresponding To The Activities Planned Under The Project: - Harmonization Of The Capacity Management Technology With The Rest Of The European Countries; - Improvement Of The Management And Implementation Of Internal Processes In Se Nkži; - Increasing Interoperability With Railway Carriers; - Increasing The Awareness Of Citizens In Relation To The Entry Of New Railway Carriers For Passenger Transport; - Ensuring The Continuity Of Activities Within The Scope Of The Ems; - Providing System Support. This Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Activity 1 - Analysis And Design The Implementation Includes: - Analysis And Design Of All Functional Changes In The Ems, - Development Of The Architecture Of Services And Subsystems, The Architecture Of Data And The Technical Architecture Necessary For The Implementation Of Changes In The System. Activity 2 - Development Of The Software Solution The Implementation Includes: - Development Of New Modules And Changes In The Existing Modules Of The Information System According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification And The System Project; - Carrying Out Internal Tests Of The System (In The Developers Environment); - Preparation Of Detailed Scenarios For Conducting The Acceptance Tests For Activity 4 Testing. - Updating The Ems In A Development Environment And Performing The Necessary Productivity Tests.
