Construction Work - Procedure For Selecting A Private Partner As Part Of The Project Involving The Reconstruction Of City Roads In Zduńska Wola In The Ppp Formula. 1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Selection Of A Private Partner For The Project Titled: Reconstruction Of City Roads In Zduńska Wola In The Ppp Formula. The Subject Of The Partnership Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Construction Permits Issued For The Reconstruction Of Urban Roads In Zduńska Wola. The Scope Includes Works In The Following Sectors: Road, Including: Construction Of A Road With A Mineral And Bituminous Surface, Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, A Bicycle Path And A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Construction Of Exits And Roadsides, Felling Of Trees And Replacement Plantings, Construction Of A Green Belt And Green Areas, Construction Of French Drainage; Sanitary, Including: Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, Construction Of Retention Tanks With A Hydrophobic Set, Reconstruction Of Water Supply Connections And Sanitary Sewage Systems, Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And Removal Of Conflicts With The Gas Network; Electrical And Technological, Including: Construction Of Street Lighting, Construction And Reconstruction Of Cable Networks; On Telecommunications, Including: Construction Of A Technological Channel With Connections To All Properties And Removal Of Conflicts With The Telecommunications Network; 2) Maintaining The Constructed Technical Infrastructure In Good Working Order (So-Called Hard Maintenance). 2. The Order Includes A Basic Scope (Guaranteed) And An Optional Scope (Covered By Option Rights). Basic Scope (Guaranteed): • I: Pers. Nowe Miasto – Area A, • Ii: Os. Nowe Miasto – Area B. Optional Scope (Covered By Option Law): • Iii: Os. John Paul Ii, • Iv: Pers. South. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Has The Financial Resources To Implement The Optional Scope Of The Order And It Results From The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 3. The Total Scope Of The Project Includes 42 Sections Of Public Roads Owned By The City, Ranging In Length From 13 M To 861 M: • Nowe Miasto Housing Estate - Area A And B - 23 Sections; • Osiedle Jana Pawła Ii – 13 Sections; • Osiedle Południe – 6 Sections. And 7 Sections Of Pedestrian Routes In The Estate. John Paul Ii. The Total Length Of Roads, Excluding Pedestrian Routes, Is 13.24 Km. 4. An Element Of The Partnership Is Providing Financing For Total Investment Outlays. 5. After The End Of The Ppp Contract, The Private Partner Will Transfer To The Public Entity The Asset That Was Used To Implement The Project In A Non-Deteriorated Condition, Taking Into Account Its Wear And Tear As A Result Of Proper Use, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppp Contract. 6. The Privates Remuneration Will Be The So-Called Availability Fee. 7. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Final
