The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Concert Hall Of The Radom Chamber Orchestra In Radom. The Concert Hall Of The Radom Chamber Orchestra (Rok) Is Part Of A Larger Complex, I.E. The Building Of The Municipal Office In Radom, Located In The Center Of Radom Between Ul. Żeromski, Kiliński, Staszic And Niedziałkowski. The Facility In Question Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone. The Building Is Partially Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Of The Former Radom Voivodeship By Final Decision No. 732 Of The Wkz In Kielce Of April 9, 1972. Under Registry Number No. Kl.Ii-5340A/199/83, Registration Number 199/A/83. The Building Has A Basement And Is Three-Story. Building Area – Approx. 1,634 M2. Usable Area – Approx. 2,768 M2. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Stage And Auditorium Rooms Of The Concert Hall (Including, Among Others: Construction Of A New Internal Stage Trapdoor With A Goods Platform To The Stage Level, Replacement Of Auditorium Seats With New Ones). 2) Reconstruction Of Technical And Auxiliary Rooms Used To Service The Concert Hall. 3) Reconstruction Of The Foyer, Hall, Cloakroom, Administration And Communication Rooms. 4) Adaptation Of The Facility In Terms Of Accessibility For Disabled People, Including, Among Others: Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities And Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Platform. 5) Disassembly Of Existing Wall And Ceiling Coverings And Installation Of New Ones, Including: Fire Protection Ceilings And Acoustic Cladding. 6) Removal Of Floors To Be Replaced And Installation Of New Floors And Renovation Of Existing Stone Floors. 7) Disassembly, Delivery And Installation Of New Windows And Doors. 8) Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Insulation And Fire Protection.
