With This Contract, The Successful Tenderer Is Required To Provide The Services Listed Indicatively Below: A) Continuous Opening, According To The Needs, Methods And Timetable Of The Individual Libraries Indicated In The Following Paragraph 4; B) Loan Service Through The Use Of The Sebina Management System For Daily Consultation Operations, External Lending, Restitution And Verification Of The Return Of Bibliographic Assets (Monographs, Periodicals And Theses); C) Reservation Service For Places In The Study Rooms Using The Sebina Management System For Managing Reservations, Cancellations And User Blocks; D) First Level Assistance Through Support, In Person And Remotely, To Internal And External Users On Timetables, Services, Collections And Basic Cataloging Searches; E) Management Of The Bibliographic Heritage Through The Movement And Arrangement Of Books And Other Materials On The Shelves; F) Cataloging Support With Affixing Rfid Anti-Shoplifting Labels To Texts Via The Sebina Management System.
