Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Hws Mühlberg Sub-Object 4 - Services Lp 1 To 9 (Hoai), Surveying, Local Construction Supervision, Environmental Construction Support, Safety And Security, Nature Conservation Law Processing And Subsoil Investigation. The Planning Services Are Based On The Regulatory Order Of The Elbe-Elster District Dated May 19, 2025 And Its Additional Provisions. This Provides For The Renovation And Restoration Of The Main Elbe Dike From The Borschütz Crossing (Mühlberg Industrial Port) To The Wilde Häuser (Ol Gaitzsch) According To The Recognized Rules Of Technology. Due To The Potential Danger Situation And The Planned Start Of Construction (October 2026), A Compact Plan Must Be Drawn Up In A Very Short Period Of Time. The Services To Be Provided Are Divided Into Basic Services According To Hoai Lp1 To 9 And Special Services. Lp 1-5 And Points 4.2.1 To 4.2.3 As Well As Points 4.2.13 And 4.2.14 Of The Service Description Are Initially Advertised And Contractually Bound. Lp 6-9 And Points 4.2.4 To 4.2.12 Of The Service Description Are Advertised And Awarded As Optional Services. For Budgetary And Organizational Reasons, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Commission The Optional Services Of Lp 6-9 And Points 4.2.4 To 4.2.12 Of The Service Description. These Options Only Come Into Force If Funds Are Made Available From The State Budget. The Contractor Will Be Informed Of This In A Timely Manner, No Later Than May 30, 2026, And Will Be Instructed With The Respective Options.
