Machinery Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For The Inspection Of Fire & Safety Equipment On Board The Poab Fleet. In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Fps Mobility And Transport, We Are Looking For A Qualified And Certified Contractor Who Is Responsible For The Periodic Inspection, With Delivery Of The Necessary Inspection Certificates, Of The Fire And Safety Equipment On Board The Vessels Of Port Of Antwerp-Bruges. Poabs Fleet Consists Of 22 Tugboats (Both With Inland Navigation Notation And With Seagoing Notation), 5 Dredgers And 5 Service Vessels. The Safety Plan Drawn Up For Each Vessel Serves As A Guideline For The Materials To Be Inspected And Determines The Scope Of The Assignment. The Materials To Be Inspected Include Fire Extinguishers, Fire Detection Systems, Fire Hoses, Nozzles, Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems, Inflatable Life Rafts, Scbas, Eebds, Immersion Suits, Line Throwers, Pyrotechnics Line Throwers And Rockets, Life Buoys, Block Vests, Fire Suits And A Gangway.
