If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Standards, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Could Not Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order.
