Computer Network Services – Purchase Of Soc Services With Implementation Services. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of The Soc Service With Implementation Service, I.E. Comprehensive Provision Of It Security Services, Including Launch, Configuration, Integration And Maintenance Of An Advanced Cybersecurity Service. 2. The Order Includes: 1) Security Operations Center (Soc) - Launch And Provision Of The Service Of Ensuring 24-Hour Monitoring, Analysis And Response To Security Incidents In The Ordering Partys Ict Environment Using The Ordering Partys Siem (Security Information And Event Management) System, Described In Annex 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Agreement), Which Constitutes Annex 2A To The Swz. 2) Security Orchestration, Automation And Response (Soar) - Launching And Providing The Service Of Automation And Orchestration Of Security Processes, Supporting The Analysis And Handling Of Incidents And Integration With The Ordering Partys Existing Tools. 3) Deception System (Deceptor) - Launching And Providing The Service Of Detecting And Analyzing Attacks Using Honeypot Technology, Enabling The Detection Of Unwanted Activities Inside The Network. 4) Authentication, Authorization And Access Control Service (Iam/Pam) - Launch And Provision Of The Service Responsible For Secure Access Of Users To The Ordering Partys It Resources. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Annex No. 2A To The Swz Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Agreement), Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Pricing Form, And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template (Annex No. 13 To The Swz). 4. Persons Performing The Activities Of The Third Line Of Support, Described In Point 6 Point 9 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Agreement), Will Be Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, At Least Half-Time, Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work, Determined On The Basis Of Separate Regulations, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of Stage Ii.
