1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Plasticizers For The Production Of Concrete Products In 2026 For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Spółka Z O.O. In Siemiatycze. 2. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Seat Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Spółka Z O.O. In Siemiatycze, 17-300 Siemiatycze, Ul. Armii Krajowej 26.3. The Order Will Be Fulfilled As Part Of Successive Deliveries, Based On Each Order Placed By Phone Or E-Mail Within 7 (Seven) Days Of Placing The Order, From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Quantities Of Plasticizers Indicated In The Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed Is Not Entitled To Claim For Delivery In The Amounts Specified In The Offer Form. Purchases Of Tight Passages And Seals Made During The Execution Of The Contract May Differ In Quantity And Product Range From Those Specified In The Price Form, But The Total Value Of Purchases Will Not Exceed The Total Value Of The Order. 5. Products Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 934-2 + A1:2012.6 Standard. The Parameters Of Each Product Covered By The Order Must Be Confirmed By A Current Technical Recommendation. 7. The Contractor Must Have A Current Factory Production Control Certificate In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Must Attach An Appropriate Declaration Of Performance To Each Delivery, Confirming That The Production Of Tight Passages And Seals Is Carried Out In Accordance With The 2+ System.
