The Scope Includes: • Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program • Obtaining A Decision Enabling The Commencement Of Works • Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation • Execution Of Construction Works: O Demolition And Dismantling Works: - Dismantling The Indicated Existing Fragments Of Fences; - Land Leveling; - Cutting Down Conflicting Tall Greenery; - Disassembly/Demolition Of Other Elements Of Land Development Not Disclosed On The Maps In The Event Of Their Conflict With The Planned Land Development; O Construction Of Three Columbariums: O Construction Of Hardened Surfaces In The Form Of New Communication Routes: - Exit From Ul. Priest Kamieński; - Pedestrians And Motorists; - Terrain Stairs; O Construction Of Biologically Active Surfaces (Lawn, Slopes) Along With New Plantings Of High And Low Greenery; O Construction Of New Fences And An Entrance Gate; O Installation Of Small Architecture Elements (Concrete Seats, Benches, Waste Bins); O Construction Of External Lighting For Communication Routes; O Installation And Assembly Of Monitoring Inside And Outside The Designed Columbaria; O Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof; O Construction Of The Necessary Infrastructure For The Installation Area Electricity, Telecommunications, Stormwater Drainage • Obtaining Formal Consents For The Use Of The Investment In Question • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation - 3 Copies: O Construction Log, O Acceptance Reports, Test Reports, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Execution Of Works During Construction, O As-Built Geodetic Map, O Material Cards, O As-Built Cost Estimates, O Final Occupancy Permit/Effective Notification Of Completion Works, Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Design For The Implementation Of The Facility, If Any, A Design With All Possible Changes Introduced During Construction Marked Therein.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of The Term In Question.
