The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Construction Of A Water Reservoir Fed By Groundwater, Rainwater, Water From Surface Runoff And Surface Water Of The Sona River, With An Area Of ​​0.8 Ha, And A Bowl Span Of 230 By 45 Meters, Located On The Plot No. 35 In The Registration Area 0013 Kołaczków, Commune. Opinogóra Górna, Poviat Ciechanowski, Province Masovian Voivodeship. The Water Reservoir Planned For Construction Is To Have A Retention Function - Its Task Will Be To Take Over Excess Groundwater Accumulating In The Depression Of The Land On Plot No. 35, As Well As To Take Over Excess Water From The Nearby Sona River. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Land Development Concept Including The Planned Construction Of A Water Reservoir Along With Accompanying Facilities; 2) Preparation Of Comprehensive Environmental Documentation For The Planned Project To Be Agreed With The Competent Environmental Authority (Obtaining An Environmental Decision Conditions In A Situation Where It Will Be Required);3) Preparation Of A Water Law Study For The Construction Of Water Facilities As Well As For Water Services Consisting In The Abstraction Of Water From The Sona River For The Purposes Of Maintaining The Water Level In The Reservoir And The Discharge Of Excess Water Into The Sona River;4) Concluding On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of A Previously Obtained Water Law Permit, An Agreement For The Use Of Land Covered With Surface Water Flowing With The Regional Water Management Board In Warsaw;5) Preparation Construction Design For The Construction Of The Tank;6) Development Of A Technical Design/Execution Design Detailing The Design Solutions Included In The Documentation - Construction Design;7) Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Specified In The Regulations;8) If Necessary, Obtaining The Necessary Derogations From Applicable Regulations;9) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions (If Required);10) Obtaining A Water Permit/Consent Water Law;11) Obtaining A Building Permit;12) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities And A Cost Estimate For Individual Elements Of The Works, Performing Authors Supervision; 13) Obtaining And Providing The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order; 14) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454); 15) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule For Construction Works, Prepared In Gross Amounts Divided Into Weeks And Months; 16) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design And Technical Specific
