The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1412B In The Town Of Rutkowskie Duże, On A Section With A Length Of 618 M, In The Design And Build System, I.E.: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1412B Mońki - Potoczyzna - Krzeczkowo - Rutkowskie Duże - Jaświły, In The Town Of Rutkowskie Duże, On The Section At Km 0+000 - 0+618, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements And Decisions For The Ordering Party, Including Permission To Perform Construction Works;2) Performance Of Construction Works Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party;3) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Period Of Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period;4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.2. For The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Following Construction Works Should Be Designed And Performed, In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, Measurement Works, Demolition Works; 2) Drainage (Surface Using Standard Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To The Road Area); 3) Construction Of The Road Layer With Asphalt Mass, Ac 11S Wearing Course (3 Cm); 4) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate C50/30 Gr. 15 Cm Mechanically Stabilized With A Minimum Width Of 1.0 M On Both Sides Of The Expanded Road Section With A Length Of Approximately 186 M Along With Exits To Individual Plots, Exits To Municipal Roads Should Be Made Using The Technology Identical To The Surface Of The Road Being Reconstructed; 5) Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk With A Width Of 1.8 M (Or The Existing Width) Along With Entrances To Properties On The Left Side Of The Road For A Length Of Approximately 463.0 M On Cement And Sand Base,6) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Right Side Of The Road On A Section Of Approx. 35 M On A Cement And Sand Base,7) Construction Of Curbs,8) Construction Of 10 Entrances To Properties On The Right Side Of The Road Along The Length On A Cement And Sand Base,9) Reconstruction Of 1 Intersection, 10) Regulation Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure Of The Road11) Regulation Of Manhole Covers And Sewage Grates Throughout The Rebuilt Section Of The Road, 12) Installation Of Road Signs On Posts Made Of Galvanized Steel Pipes With A Diameter Of 63 Mm And A Wall Thickness Of At Least 2 Mm; 13) Construction Of Horizontal Markings Using Chemically Hardened Thick-Layer Technology, 14) Planting Of Slopes And Flat Areas Within The Road. The Contractor Selected To Carry Out The Order Will Also Be Obliged To: - Prepare An As-Built Inventory Together With A New Orthophotomap Of This Area (Field Pixel Size - Minimum 4 Cm) And Submitting It To The Ordering Party After Completion Of The Task; - Updating Data, Including Photo Registration, Of The Section Of District Road No. 1412B Covered By The Investment, Along With Preparing Data In The Form Of A Data E
