The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Food Products To The Following Locations Of The Ordering Party: 44-100 Gliwice - Ul. Karola Miarki 12-14;44-100 Gliwice – Ul. Bł. Czesława 16-18;41-209 Sosnowiec – Ul. Moniuszki 29. The Material And Quantitative Scope Of The Order Was Indicated In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 Of The Swz And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Expects Deliveries Once Every Two Months (I.E. 6 Deliveries During The Duration Of The Agreement - Applies To All Locations). Attention! The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, In Case Of Urgent Need, To Make Additional Deliveries - A Maximum Of 6 Additional Deliveries During The Term Of The Agreement, For Each Location. All Costs And Fees Related To The Delivery Of Food Products Are Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Products: 1) Are High-Quality Products; 2) Met The Requirements For Storage, Packaging And Transport Contained In Polish Standards; 3) Complied With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding The Production, Marketing And Storage Of Food Products; 4) Had A Shelf Life Of At Least 3 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unless The Ordering Party Provided A Different Expiry Date For A Specific Product; 5) Were Marked With The Country Of Origin. The Ordered Products Will Be Delivered By The Contractor In Packaging Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food. Each Package Must Contain An Information Label Containing Data, In Particular: Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, Product Name, Quality Class, Expiration Date And Other Elements Required By Law. Unit Packaging For Products Must Be Dry, Clean And Free From Mechanical Damage And Foreign Odors, Dirt, Mold, And Should Provide Protection Against Mechanical Damage And Contamination, As Well As Appropriate Conditions During Storage And Transport. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Unloading, Bringing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And A Deposit For Returnable Packaging Covered By The Deposit System. Returnable Beverage Packaging, I.E. Packaging With A Clear Deposit Sign With Its Amount In Accordance With The Act Of July 13, 2023 Amending The Act On Packaging And Packaging Waste Management And Certain Other Acts, Will Be Subject To Return Under The Deposit System Introduced In Poland From October 1, 2025. The Ordering Party Declares That The Quantities Of Individual Types Of Food Products Are Estimated Quantities And Are Indicative Only.
