These Bases Regulate The Public Proposal Process Carried Out By The Municipality Of Viña Del Mar, For The Contracting And Execution Of The Consultancy Called Diagnostic Consulting And Specialty Engineering Development For The Ohiggins Hotel. This Consultancy Corresponds To The Comprehensive Study And Development Of The Project, Including The Preparation Of All The Plans And Details Of Architecture, Facilities, Technical Specifications And Respective Reports, As Well As The Detailed Official Budget And A Schedule Of Work Execution Deadlines, All Of Which Is Broken Down Below. It Is Proposed To Develop According To The Following Stages: ● Stage 1A: Coordination And Methodological Adjustment ● Stage 1B: Survey And Study Of Preliminary Background Information ● Stage 2A: Architecture And Specialties Project ● Stage 2B: Final Delivery The Activities That Will Be Detailed In These Bases Are Aimed At Implementing The Development Of The Architectural And Detailed Engineering Studies At The Project Level, As Well As All The Technical Studies Necessary To Be Able To Satisfactorily Execute The Surveys Of The Existing Facilities For The Hotel Ohiggins, Based On The Existing Background In The Municipality And Considering For The Design And Studies Compliance With All Current Regulations. All Of The Above, In Accordance With These Bases And Technical Specifications That Are Part Of This Contract.
